Salcombe is a place a have visited in Devon since I was tiny.

This commission to paint a view of the estuary was amazing as it was a little bit a heaven for myself.

Washes and thick brush strokes are littered across this canvas. The real technical detailed aspect was the boats and structures on the hillside.

Capturing this stunning place was a pleasure.
