The clients brief was to paint a stunning mountain landscape in my style of painting.

They had seen examples of my works and this gave them a great idea of how their commission would look. 

​

Although this work is relatively small, it is extremely impactful and hold lots of precise technical detail. 

​

The real challenge with this was building the foliage of green to create texture and separation between leaves, grass, trees, etc... 

​

It is a beautiful bold piece that captures the emotion one would feel when looking upon the view. 

​
