Ambleside is in the heart of the Lake District. It’s a hive of walkers and explorers, filled with bakeries, hiking shops and secret paths.
In rain or sunshine Ambleside is full of charm and character. Walking around this place you’ll find little trails and scenes of nature. Wildlife is around every corner which is such a special thing.
Ambleside has everything you need to tackle any walks around the lakes. It really creates an excitement to adventure around this inspiring area.
I’ve been here a handful of times and every time feel transported to a homely adventurers camp. Wherever you are stood you experience stunning uplifting views of hills and mountains.
Exploring the lakes is amazing and such a peaceful thing to do.
